Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our team at a major fabrication yard in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical works, including welding and painting activities, comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅Perform inspection of mechanical works in fabrication yards.
✅Monitor and verify welding activities in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
✅Conduct inspection of surface preparation and painting/coating works.
✅Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and international codes.
✅Review and verify inspection reports, test results, and documentation.
✅Coordinate with QA/QC teams, contractors, and project engineers.
✅Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
✅Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector (mandatory).
✅Experience in painting/coating inspection is required.
✅Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fabrication yards or industrial projects.
✅Strong knowledge of welding processes, NDT methods, and coating systems.
✅Familiarity with international standards and codes (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
✅Good communication and reporting skills.
Work Environment
✅Based in a major fabrication yard in Cairo.
✅Site-based role with exposure to industrial operations.

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Steel Structure Inspector to join our team at a Fabrication Yard in Suez. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting steel structures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Perform inspection of steel structures, welding, and fabrication works
✅Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications
✅Review inspection reports, material certificates, and welding documents
✅Coordinate with construction and quality teams to resolve inspection issues
✅Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Requirements:
✅Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
✅Valid certification in CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) or CSWIP
✅Proven experience in steel structure inspection (preferred in oil & gas or construction projects)
✅Strong knowledge of welding processes, NDT methods, and relevant standards & coatings inspection
✅Good communication and reporting skills

We are seeking a highly qualified PAUT Level III Inspector to join our team at a major fabrication yard in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing advanced ultrasonic testing activities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, and providing technical leadership in phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT).

Key Responsibilities
✅Perform and supervise Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) inspections on welds and materials.
✅Develop, review, and approve PAUT procedures and inspection techniques.
✅Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with applicable standards.
✅Ensure all NDT activities comply with project specifications and international codes.
✅Provide technical guidance and training to Level I & II technicians.
✅Review and validate inspection reports and documentation.
✅Coordinate with QA/QC teams, clients, and project engineers.
✅Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements
✅Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
✅Certified PAUT Level III (ISO 9712, ASNT, or equivalent certification body).
✅Minimum 5–7 years of experience in NDT, with strong expertise in PAUT.
✅Proven experience in fabrication yard or industrial project environments.
✅Strong knowledge of ultrasonic testing principles, weld inspection, and defect characterization.
✅Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
✅Experience with NDT software and data analysis tools is an advantage.
✅Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
